We were approached by one of the largest players in overhead doors with the request to design a unique design for a bottom rubber.
The requirements for the bottom rubber were very high. The bottom rubber had to ensure that the reversing forces remained as low as possible, while the functionality continued to do its job even under extreme cold conditions. The bottom rubber also remained easy to install for doors wider than 6 meters.
Optimal cooperation between our R&D departments and the customer resulted in an optimally functioning and unique design of the bottom rubber – 100% tailored to the aluminium profile to be used.
