When you choose Flevo Rubber Extrusion, you choose a recognised European producer of rubber profiles in small to average series. The nature of your product does not matter. Since we have all professional techniques for rubber production, we can produce very small and fine (30 g/m) to extremely big and heavy (200 kg/m) rubber profiles.
Most of our clients are industrial enterprises and production companies that use rubber profiles as a part of their final product. For example, a greenhouse manufacturer that makes glass plates with rubber profiles in an aluminium frame. Or a ship-builder that uses rubber profiles to seal windows, doors and hatches in an air-tight and waterproof way. Or a producer of industrial installations that subdues tremors of heavy machines with rubber profiles.
In principle we only produce products on demand, client-specific and custom-made. Many of our rubber profiles have been developed in cooperation with the client, specifically for a certain application. We do not have a supply, although of course it does often happen that clients regularly order the same. You can be sure that you will always receive exactly the same top quality rubber profiles.
Our production capacity and the large variety of our products have made us familiar with switching quickly. When we receive an order, we can start working on it reliably soon. It may happen that we produce up to 30 different profiles in one day. Because we have our own CADCAM design department and we make our own tools (moulds), complex commissions do not lead to delays.
Do you have a difficult question? Good! It is our experience that complex problems lead to new developments. For example, we can extrude profiles with two different levels of hardness (e.g. a hard shell and a soft inside) or multiple colours (black with coloured skin). There are also many different finishes available, like applying a lubricant, tallow or a self-adhesive strip to make installation easier, or extruding an anti stretch cord into the profile to prevent the profile from stretching during the installation.
